one of my fav things from f-Ciel relationship with the servants is that Ciel doesn’t get mad whenever they mess up (mostly bc Sebastian will fix everything) but he never screamed at them nor tried to make them feel inferior. He accepts them all with their flaws and he never once asked of them to be perfect at their duties.
